In a new bout of Biden’s “America Last” policy, Joe Biden is reportedly planning to announce the deployment of the U.S. military to Gaza. Instead of focusing on our border crisis or the rising inflation at home, Biden is more interested in playing Bob the Builder in the Middle East.
According to reports, Biden’s grand plan is to help build infrastructure for the Palestinians. The mission? Constructing a port in Gaza to create a maritime route for humanitarian assistance from Cyprus. Isn’t that just adorable? We’re turning our brave soldiers into port builders now.
The reason behind this, as per U.S. officials, is Israel’s refusal to allow enough aid into Gaza. They seem to conveniently forget that much of this aid often ends up in the hands of Hamas, the very group that’s been terrorizing Israelis and Palestinians alike. But why let facts get in the way of a good narrative, right?
Even as Israel has been conducting military operations inside Gaza in response to Hamas murdering 1,200 people inside Israel on October 7, Biden’s administration seems to be busy finding ways to undermine our allies. Sen. Tom Cotton, a man who actually gets it, hit the nail on the head by saying, “Joe Biden continues to capitulate to the pro-Hamas wing of his party at the expense of our Israeli allies.”
And then there’s Richard Goldberg from the Foundation for Defense of Democracies who rightly pointed out: “If only Joe Biden had put as much effort into bringing all Americans home from captivity as he has into adopting Hamas propaganda on the situation in Gaza.”
Former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David M. Friedman called out Biden’s plan for what it is – a cheap political trick. He questioned how building a port in Gaza would prevent Hamas from commandeering aid, like they’ve been doing for the past 15 years.
Let’s not forget the responses of Sen. Marsha Blackburn, Rep. Mary Miller, and J.D. Vance who voiced their strong disapproval of this plan. They highlighted the potential risks to Americans, the lack of focus on domestic issues, and the sheer insanity of the idea.
So here we are, folks. In a world where our President thinks it’s a better idea to build ports in Gaza than secure our own borders. It’s a mad, mad world indeed. But hey, as long as it helps Biden’s sinking poll numbers, right?
