President Trump is wasting no time in delivering on his promise to restore order and put America first. His latest executive order sends a clear message: foreign students who sympathize with terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah have no place in the United States.
The order, titled “Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security and Public Safety Threats,” lays it out in no uncertain terms:
“It is the policy of the United States to protect its citizens from aliens who intend to commit terrorist attacks, threaten our national security, espouse hateful ideology, or otherwise exploit the immigration laws for malevolent purposes.”
In other words, if you’re here on a student visa and think it’s okay to rally in support of groups that openly call for violence against Americans and our allies, you’re gone. This is the kind of common-sense leadership we need—and exactly what Trump promised during his campaign.
As expected, the radical left and their media allies are already crying foul, but let’s be real: it’s not a right to study in the U.S.—it’s a privilege. And if you’re using that privilege to promote hate and violence, you can pack your bags.
Higher education expert Nicholas Giordano put it perfectly when he told Campus Reform that this order puts foreign students “on notice” that they must adhere to a basic standard of conduct while in the country. No more hiding behind “free speech” when that speech crosses the line into supporting terrorism.
And let’s not forget, this action isn’t just about protecting national security—it’s about protecting American students on campuses across the country. Over the past few years, we’ve seen an explosion of radical, pro-terror demonstrations at our universities, fueled by leftist professors and activist groups who have turned a blind eye to the growing threat.
Trump’s executive order puts an end to that nonsense. Foreign students will now be closely scrutinized, and any indication of terrorist sympathies—whether it’s attending a pro-Hamas rally, posting anti-American rhetoric online, or engaging in disruptive campus behavior—can and will result in deportation.
This is exactly the kind of leadership that’s been missing for years. No more tolerance for anti-American hatred disguised as “activism.” Trump is proving once again that he’s serious about making America strong, safe, and respected.
It’s simple: love it or leave it.
