The Supreme Court’s Chief Justice John Roberts has once again come to the defense of activist judges, this time rebuking President Trump for calling to impeach Judge James Boasberg, an Obama-appointed radical who just overruled the Commander-in-Chief’s national security decisions.
On Tuesday morning, Trump blasted Boasberg after the judge ordered planes deporting criminal Venezuelan aliens to turn around mid-flight—a ruling so outrageous that even Biden’s own DOJ was forced to push back.
Boasberg, in a stunning abuse of power, also demanded that the Justice Department disclose sensitive national security information—an overreach that DOJ officials immediately challenged as a reckless violation of executive authority.
“That development escalates the stakes of the district court’s inappropriate exercise of jurisdiction… The Government cannot—and will not—be forced to answer sensitive questions of national security and foreign relations in a rushed posture,” the DOJ stated.
Clearly even the DOJ sees this judge as out of control—so much so that they requested the appeals court remove Boasberg from the case altogether due to his highly improper and biased rulings.
Trump Fires Back at “Radical Left Lunatic” Judge
Never one to back down, Trump tore into Boasberg on Truth Social, calling for his impeachment.
“This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge… was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama. He didn’t WIN THE POPULAR VOTE, he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, he didn’t WIN ANYTHING! I WON FOR MANY REASONS, IN AN OVERWHELMING MANDATE, BUT FIGHTING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION MAY HAVE BEEN THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR THIS HISTORIC VICTORY!”
Trump then made it abundantly clear that America’s immigration laws should be enforced—not sabotaged by activist judges:
“WE DON’T WANT VICIOUS, VIOLENT, AND DEMENTED CRIMINALS, MANY OF THEM DERANGED MURDERERS, IN OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”
Roberts Defends the Deep State Judiciary
Instead of addressing the lawlessness of Boasberg’s ruling, Chief Justice Roberts rushed to defend the judiciary, saying:
“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision.”
Wrong. When a judge acts as a political operative instead of an impartial jurist, impeachment is absolutely appropriate.
America deserves real justice—not left-wing judges acting as unelected rulers. Trump is right. It’s time to clean house.
