Virginia Giuffre — the woman who bravely stood up to Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and even British royalty — is now fighting for her life after a devastating car crash in Australia. Doctors say the 41-year-old has just four days to live following injuries sustained when a school bus slammed into her vehicle at high speed.
In a heartbreaking Instagram post shared Sunday night, Giuffre — who was trafficked by Epstein as a teenager — posted a photo from her hospital bed. Her body is bruised, her face pale, and her words, haunting.
“They’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,” she wrote. “This year has been the worst start to a new year… but I won’t bore anyone with the details.”
She described the crash in chilling terms: “When a school bus driver comes at you driving 110kmh as we were slowing down for a turn, that no matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can.”
Now, with time possibly running out, Giuffre says she wants just one thing — to see her children “one last time.”
Her father, Sky Roberts, posted a tearful message of support: “Virginia, my daughter, I love you and [I’m] praying you get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life. If there is anything in the world I can do to help you, please let me know.”
Giuffre’s story is central to the global reckoning that exposed Epstein’s sprawling web of abuse. She first gained notoriety in 2015 for suing Epstein and accusing British royal Prince Andrew of s*xual abuse — claims that were later settled in a sealed 2017 agreement. Flight logs and photographs confirmed the prince’s proximity to Epstein, though he denies wrongdoing.
Virginia, born in the U.S., was working at Mar-a-Lago at age 16 when she says she was recruited by Maxwell. She later moved to Australia with her husband and children, but recently went through a divorce and is now estranged from her three teenage children.
“I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time,” she wrote. “But you know what they say about wishes… It’s still going to be s*** at the end of the day.”
Giuffre ended her message with gratitude to her supporters: “You were a great part of what kept me going as a survivor.”
