Revealed: Kamala Threw Tantrum After CNN Dared to Ask If Biden Should Step Aside

Kamala Harris has never exactly been known for humility, but a new excerpt from CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios reporter Alex Thompson’s book Original Sin confirms what many Americans already suspected: this Vice President has no problem throwing tantrums when reality catches up with the narrative.

According to the book, Harris lost her cool—and her filter—after a CNN interview with Anderson Cooper in the aftermath of the disastrous Trump-Biden debate on June 27, 2024. Apparently, being asked real questions was a bridge too far. “This motherf—– doesn’t treat me like the damn Vice President of the United States,” she reportedly fumed to her colleagues after the segment. “I thought we were better than that.”

Better than that? Cooper asked the most obvious question in America: Should Joe Biden, who just barely got through his sentences in the debate, step aside? It wasn’t hostile. It was journalism—or what’s left of it at CNN. But Kamala took it personally, lashing out behind the scenes in a fit of entitlement more worthy of a spoiled reality show contestant than the second-highest office in the land.

It’s ironic that this revelation comes from Jake Tapper, a man who spent years insisting Biden was “sharp as a tack” and ridiculing anyone who dared suggest otherwise. Now, conveniently after Biden has stepped aside and the damage is done, Tapper and his co-author want to cash in with their sudden “exposé.” How brave of them.

During the actual interview, Harris awkwardly defended Biden with the kind of energy you’d expect from a spokesperson reading off a cue card. “It was a slow start, but it was a strong finish,” she claimed, ignoring the fact that Biden stumbled, slurred, and froze his way through the entire debate. When Cooper pressed her about the panic within the Democratic Party and growing calls for Biden to withdraw, Harris pivoted—as always—to Trump, January 6, and the usual bag of fearmongering tricks.

But this time, it didn’t work.

What Original Sin really reveals is a Democratic Party that prioritized power over truth, with Harris ready to throw elbows at the press for merely reflecting what voters were seeing with their own eyes.

If Harris thought Cooper’s interview was rough, wait until she hits the 2028 campaign trail trying to explain why she spent four years covering for Biden instead of leading. Judging by the tantrum, she’s not ready for prime time—and America knows it.
