Shocking Video Shows What Happens When a Drunk Fan Storms Stage at Live Concert

Country music star Gavin Adcock once again found himself at the center of controversy this week after a wild onstage incident went viral online. During a performance, a visibly intoxicated fan jumped a barricade and stormed the stage, leading to chaos as security rushed in to tackle the intruder. Adcock, 26, was in the middle of encouraging the crowd to sing along when the scuffle broke out, bringing the show to a sudden halt.

Video of the disruption quickly made its way across social media after Adcock himself shared the clip on Instagram. Captioning it, “What happens when you jump the barricade at a country concert,” the singer made light of the bedlam while interacting with fans in the comments. In the footage, Adcock can be heard shouting, “Get his drunk a** outta here!” as guards dragged the man away.

Adcock even joked that the unruly concertgoer might have been an angry Beyoncé fan, referencing his ongoing feud with the pop superstar. Earlier this summer, Beyoncé released her country-inspired album Cowboy Carter, which debuted at number three on Apple’s Country Music Chart. Adcock’s own debut album, My Own Worst Enemy, landed one spot lower, fueling the rivalry.

Not long after, Adcock released a video blasting Beyoncé’s foray into country music. In a profanity-laced rant, he insisted her album “ain’t country music and it ain’t ever been country music.” Although he later offered praise for her 2016 Super Bowl performance, he doubled down on his claim that Cowboy Carter should not be categorized in the genre. “It doesn’t sound country, it doesn’t feel country,” Adcock argued, adding that lifelong country musicians should not have to watch the charts dominated “just because she’s Beyoncé.”

That criticism drew the wrath of Beyoncé’s fiercely loyal fanbase, known as the Beyhive. In the comments under Adcock’s recent posts, many accused him of jealousy and racial bias. “Sounds about white, when y’all can’t compete, y’all try to exclude,” one user wrote. Another pointed out that Post Malone had crossed into country without facing the same backlash.

The scuffle at his show adds yet another chapter to Adcock’s headline-making career. Bursting onto the scene in 2024, the rising star has been no stranger to controversy. He was arrested in May 2025 after being caught with an open container while driving recklessly on Interstate 40, according to the Daily Mail. With his brash personality and outspoken style, Adcock appears determined to stay in the spotlight, even if it means clashing with fans and fellow artists alike.
