BREAKING: Comey Formally Indicted! One More Trump Enemy to be Indicted Within Days!

Well, it looks like the swamp finally sprang a leak—and this time, it’s not just talk. Former FBI Director James Comey has officially been indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia. The charges? Two felony counts: making false statements to Congress and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. For years, conservatives have known Comey wasn’t the choirboy the media painted him to be. Now the legal system is catching up.

Comey is scheduled to turn himself in on Friday, with his arraignment set for October 9 in Alexandria before District Judge Michael S. Nachmanoff. According to the indictment, Comey lied during his September 30, 2020 testimony about his handling of the FBI’s Trump–Russia investigation, known internally as “Crossfire Hurricane.” Specifically, prosecutors allege that Comey falsely claimed he did not authorize anyone to leak to the press, when in reality he used his Columbia law professor friend Daniel Richman to funnel his memos to the New York Times. The second charge accuses him of obstructing Congress by misleading investigators about those disclosures.

Attorney General Pam Bondi didn’t mince words: “No one is above the law. Today’s indictment reflects this Department of Justice’s commitment to holding those who abuse positions of power accountable for misleading the American people.” FBI Director Kash Patel echoed the sentiment, calling the indictment another step toward restoring trust in a bureau that Comey and his allies weaponized during the Russiagate hoax.

Meanwhile, New York Attorney General Letitia James is reportedly facing indictment of her own, this time for mortgage fraud tied to decades of shady filings. Special Prosecutor Ed Martin has been digging into her case since last summer, and it appears her long-running crusade to “get Trump” may backfire spectacularly. The irony is rich: after years of chasing President Trump with flimsy legal maneuvers, James may be forced to answer for her own alleged corruption.

All of this is happening under new leadership in the Eastern District of Virginia, after President Trump fired U.S. Attorney Erik Siebert for stonewalling these cases. In his place, Trump appointed Lindsey Halligan, one of his personal lawyers who stood by him during the Mar-a-Lago raid. Critics howled, but it’s clear Halligan is wasting no time delivering results.

The media long hailed Comey as a principled “public servant” and James as a fearless “Trump slayer.” But the truth is starting to pierce the spin. With Comey indicted and James under investigation, accountability may finally be catching up to two of Trump’s loudest enemies—and it’s about time.
