Kash Patel Speaks Out on FBI Agents Present at Capitol on Jan 6

So now we know: nearly 300 plainclothes FBI agents were at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Not ten. Not twenty. Two hundred seventy-four. And according to FBI Director Kash Patel, they weren’t there to stop anything before it happened—they were supposedly sent in for crowd control after the riot had already started.

Let’s just pause right there. Crowd control? Since when is that the FBI’s job, especially in plainclothes? If the mission was truly crowd control, where were the badges? Where were the jackets that say “FBI” in big yellow letters? Instead, we had hundreds of unnamed agents blending in with the crowd, no identification, and zero transparency—until now. And we’re supposed to just believe this was standard operating procedure?

No way.

Kash Patel isn’t buying it either. He called it exactly what it is: a total failure of corrupt leadership. In his words, this was “against FBI standards,” and Christopher Wray “lied to Congress and to the American people about what really happened.” Not “misled.” Not “misremembered.” He lied. Just like Comey did. And now we’re finding out the truth—not because the FBI volunteered it, but because brave agents inside the bureau are finally coming forward.

Let’s not forget, when Wray testified in front of Congress—multiple times—he flat-out denied that there was any significant FBI presence on the ground during the January 6 protests. Yet now we learn that hundreds of agents were already in the crowd? That’s not a minor oversight. That’s a deliberate cover-up.

And President Trump had every right to be furious. In a scorching Truth Social post, he reminded everyone that this isn’t just about lying bureaucrats—it’s about the American citizens who were thrown in jail, had their lives destroyed, and were branded as insurrectionists while federal agents roamed freely in the crowd. Some may have even helped escalate things.

Let’s be honest: if this had happened under a Republican administration, the media would be calling it a “deep state coup.” Instead, we got a narrative tailored to fit the Left’s agenda: Trump supporters bad, FBI heroes. But the facts are catching up.

This demands a real investigation. Not one led by the same DOJ that’s been trying to kneecap President Trump for years. And as Trump pointed out, this isn’t just about one rogue agency—it’s about a broken system full of dirty cops and crooked politicians.

We’re not letting this go. Not this time.
