Bill Gates to Stand Trial to Face Vaccine Injury Lawsuit and Pay Legal Fees

It looks like Bill Gates has some explaining to do – this time, not in some tech conference, but in a Dutch courtroom. That’s right, the billionaire vaccine guru is going to trial in the Netherlands after a group of plaintiffs claimed he misled the public about the safety of COVID vaccines.

Seven individuals who allege they’ve suffered vaccine-related injuries, including one who has tragically passed away, brought this case forward, and now Gates is set to face the music. Alongside him are some pretty notable names: former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and even members of the Dutch government’s COVID response team. You know, the usual suspects when it comes to pushing the global pandemic narrative.

So, what’s the beef here? According to the plaintiffs, Gates and his pals made some bold claims that didn’t exactly pan out. They promised that the vaccines would stop transmission (spoiler alert: they didn’t), that vaccinated folks could ditch the masks (wrong again), and that once vaccinated, you wouldn’t get sick or die. The reality? Many people still got the sickness after being jabbed, and some faced serious side effects.

The lawsuit also dives into the grander scheme that Gates is accused of being involved in: “The Great Reset.” The plaintiffs argue that this wasn’t just about a public health response; it was about using the crisis to push a much broader agenda. Gates, through his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and ties to the World Economic Forum, allegedly played a key role in this narrative, pushing vaccines that the plaintiffs claim were known to be unsafe.

And here’s where it gets even juicier: Gates tried to argue that as an American citizen, he shouldn’t have to answer to a Dutch court. Nice try, Bill. The Leeuwarden District Court wasn’t having it. They ruled that they do have jurisdiction and will hear the case, rejecting Gates’ plea to dodge the legal proceedings. The court even ordered Gates to pay the plaintiffs’ legal fees – a whopping €1,406 (about $1,500). A drop in the bucket for Gates, but it’s the principle that matters, right?

So, come November 27, 2024, Gates will have to answer for these allegations. The global vaccine kingpin, the guy who positioned himself as the expert during the pandemic, is finally getting a day in court. You can almost hear the popcorn popping.
