Bombshell Claim Alleges Bill Barr Secretly Met with Fani Willis to Coordinate Trump RICO Charges

Well, here’s a political plot twist worthy of a Hollywood screenplay — except this one is dead serious. According to new whistleblower claims, former Trump Attorney General William Barr allegedly teamed up with Georgia prosecutor Fani Willis — the same Democrat who tried to take down President Trump before being tossed from the case — in a multi-year scheme to block Trump’s return to the White House.

The whistleblower, Patrícia Lélis, says she personally attended “dozens” of secret meetings between 2021 and 2023, where Barr, Willis, media figure Armstrong Williams, and other political operatives hatched legal and media strategies to derail Trump. Lélis, who worked for Williams’ PR firm at the time, gave Project Veritas handwritten notes from those meetings, documenting a plan that spanned both courtrooms and cable news cycles.

One key meeting on September 6, 2021 allegedly included Barr, Willis, and CNN commentator Shermichael Singleton. The notes indicate a coordinated effort to target Trump allies — Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Jeffrey Clark, Stewart Rhodes, Enrique Tarrio, the Oath Keepers, and the Proud Boys — using both congressional subpoenas and criminal charges. Many of those names would, in fact, later face J6 committee subpoenas or DOJ prosecutions.

Even more explosive, Lélis claims Barr met with Willis and Special Counsel Jack Smith in March 2022 at Sinclair Broadcast Group’s offices, predicting an FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago “soon.” Five months later, the raid happened. Meeting records from February 2023 show Barr advising Willis to pursue RICO charges against Trump, calling them “very difficult to defend” and an ideal legal weapon.

Lélis says the scheme wasn’t just about indictments. Willis allegedly oversaw a social media operation crafting “anti-Trump” content, with one December 2021 meeting describing the public narrative as “Trump destroyed democracy.”

The whistleblower also claims she reported Barr to the FBI in June 2023, not only for the secret strategy sessions but also for a visa fraud scheme connected to Williams. In response, she says Williams sent her a chilling text: “Your time is running out… letting you live was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made.”

If true, this would mark an unprecedented case of a former Trump official crossing party lines to work with his political enemies in an effort to block his political comeback. Barr has yet to publicly respond to the allegations, but inside the MAGA movement, the takeaway is simple: the “bipartisan” swamp runs deeper than anyone imagined.
