BOOM! Judge Lays Smack Down on Jack Smith’s Request

On Monday, Special Counsel Jack Smith’s motion to keep a list of 84 potential witnesses under seal in the classified documents case was denied by Judge Aileen Cannon, who was appointed by Trump. This was Judge Cannon’s first ruling against Smith.

Smith and the rest of the Deep State had argued that keeping the list of witnesses secret was necessary to protect national security interests, but Judge Cannon disagreed. In her ruling, she said that while the government had presented compelling arguments for why it needed to keep the list secret, she felt that the public’s right to know outweighed those concerns. Additionally, it was revealed that Jack Smith attempted to prevent communication between Donald Trump, Walt Nauta, and the 84 witnesses.

A federal judge on Monday rejected a request from special counsel Jack Smith to keep secret a list of 84 potential witnesses in the prosecution of former President Donald Trump over his handling of classified documents.

Federal prosecutors had asked U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, to keep under seal a list of witnesses who Trump would be barred from communicating with directly.

In her order, Cannon said prosecutors failed to explain why it was necessary to keep the names under wraps, or why redacting or partially sealing the document would be inadequate.

Judge Cannon also noted that some of the witnesses on the list are already publicly known, such as former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. These are the same people who lied to Congress and the American people about the Russia hoax, the FISA abuse, and the unmasking of Trump associates.

By denying Smith’s motion, Judge Cannon has opened the door for Trump’s defense team to expose the full extent of the Deep State’s illegal and unconstitutional actions against him. Trump has always maintained his innocence and has vowed to fight back against the witch hunt. Now he has a chance to prove it in court, with the help of Judge Cannon.
