Breaking: Anti-Trump Senator SLAPPED With Criminal Referral, Justice Finally Coming!

Adam Schiff might finally be facing something he’s deserved for a long time: a little accountability. The man who made a career out of chasing conspiracy theories about President Trump is now under federal investigation for mortgage fraud. Yes, really. The same guy who told the American public for years that he had “evidence” of Trump-Russia collusion — which turned out to be total garbage — is now being accused of falsifying bank documents to get better mortgage rates on a house in Maryland, while supposedly representing California in Congress.

According to a letter from William Pulte, Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, Schiff claimed a Potomac, Maryland home as his primary residence between 2009 and 2020. That’s a problem. Why? Because Schiff was elected to serve California’s 28th and 29th districts during that entire time. It’s not just a bad look — it might be criminal.

The letter was sent to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi, and let’s just say, it wasn’t vague. Pulte wrote that Schiff may have “falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms.” And if you’ve ever wondered why that matters, here’s a little finance 101: mortgages on primary residences come with lower interest rates because banks assume you’ll pay that bill first if things go south. So by listing his Maryland house as his main home, Schiff may have effectively scammed the system. Meanwhile, he was also taking a homeowner’s tax exemption in Burbank, California. So which house is it, Adam?

Even Fannie Mae’s own Financial Crimes Division reportedly concluded that Schiff engaged in a “sustained pattern of possible occupancy misrepresentation.” That’s bureaucrat-speak for “this guy’s been lying for years and cashing in on it.”

President Trump called it out himself in a post on Truth Social, saying Schiff “ripped off America” by pretending to live in Maryland to score a cheaper mortgage while constitutionally obligated to live in California. And he’s not wrong. The Constitution requires House members to live in the state they represent. If Schiff’s primary residence was legally in Maryland, then he had no business running for office in California. Period.

Of course, Schiff’s office tried to spin it, saying both homes were “primary residences” since they’re “occupied throughout the year.” Try telling that to your bank — or the IRS — and see how far you get.

This is the second Democrat this year referred for prosecution over mortgage shenanigans, joining Letitia James, who’s also trying to cry “witch hunt” while lawyering up with public funds.

Bottom line? Adam Schiff built his brand on lecturing Americans about integrity, truth, and “defending democracy.” Now it looks like he couldn’t even fill out a mortgage form without fudging the details. Let’s see how that “truth” holds up under oath.
