BREAKING: Bombshell Leaks Blow Biden Family’s China Scandal Wide Open

Newly released photographs obtained by America First Legal (AFL) have reignited questions about Joe Biden’s ties to Hunter Biden’s Chinese business dealings. The images, released as part of AFL’s lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), show then-Vice President Joe Biden meeting with Hunter’s Chinese business associates during an official 2013 trip to Beijing. Among those featured are high-ranking executives from BHR Partners, a private equity firm co-founded by Hunter, and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The trip, initially billed as a diplomatic mission, is under intense scrutiny as the images fuel allegations that Biden leveraged his political position to benefit Hunter’s business ventures. AFL claims the photographs corroborate findings from the House Oversight Committee, which has documented instances of Hunter facilitating introductions between his father and Chinese executives, including BHR CEO Jonathan Li and Managing Partner Ming Xue.

In February, the Oversight Committee revealed that Hunter traveled with Joe Biden on Air Force Two to Beijing, where Li sought political access. The committee alleged that Li gained preferential treatment, including access to then-U.S. Ambassador to China Max Baucus. Emails from Hunter’s laptop and testimony from his former business partner, Devon Archer, suggest Joe Biden also wrote letters of recommendation for Li’s children.

The controversy deepened with AFL’s claim that the photographs were delayed for release until after the 2024 election due to legal interventions by representatives of Joe Biden and Barack Obama. Of 313 photographs processed by NARA, only 131 have been released, leaving AFL to pursue further legal action to obtain the remaining files.

The Biden family’s relationship with BHR Partners has long been a focal point for critics. In one notable instance, Hunter allegedly received a $250,000 “loan” from Jonathan Li, later repaid by Democratic donor Kevin Morris. Subpoenaed bank records from the House Oversight Committee further revealed that Hunter received wire transfers from Chinese nationals in 2019, listing Joe Biden’s Delaware address as the beneficiary address. Hunter’s legal team dismissed this as an administrative detail tied to his use of his parents’ address.

Additionally, financial records unearthed by the Oversight Committee have shown millions of dollars flowing through a web of entities tied to Hunter and foreign businesses, including Chinese energy firms.

These revelations arrive on the heels of Joe Biden’s controversial pardon of Hunter, covering federal offenses from 2014 to 2024, a move critics argue signals desperation to shield the family from mounting scrutiny.
