Criminal Referrals Filed Against Fauci, Birx, and Walensky in 7 States

The walls may finally be closing in on America’s pandemic architects.

Explosive criminal referral requests have now been filed in seven U.S. states—most recently Arizona and Pennsylvania—targeting former White House officials, Big Pharma cheerleaders, and hospital administrators for alleged crimes stemming from their handling of the pandemic. The charges being requested? Nothing short of staggering: murder, terrorism, kidnapping, racketeering, and more.

The referrals were filed by the Vires Law Group and the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation, grassroots legal organizations demanding accountability for what they call “medical coercion, forced labor, and systemic abuse of power” during the pandemic. According to Nicolas Hulscher, MPH, these filings urge state attorneys general to initiate criminal investigations and prosecutions against the individuals behind the now-infamous pandemic policies.

The growing list of participating states includes Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and now Arizona and Pennsylvania—bringing the total to seven. This effort is seen by many as the first serious legal counterstrike against the unelected bureaucrats who hijacked public health for nearly three years.

The names on the referral list are a who’s-who of COVID-era tyranny:

  • Dr. Anthony Fauci – Former NIAID Director and mask-flipping media darling
  • Dr. Deborah Birx – “15 days to slow the spread” mastermind
  • Dr. Rochelle Walensky – Former CDC Director who peddled “safe and effective” shots
  • Dr. Francis Collins – Former NIH head and gain-of-function apologist
  • Dr. Peter Daszak – EcoHealth’s Wuhan liaison
  • Dr. Stephen Hahn, Dr. Cliff Lane, Dr. Robert Redfield, Dr. Janet Woodcock, Dr. Peter Hotez, and others

Even hospital administrators and care providers in Arizona and Pennsylvania are included for enforcing deadly treatment protocols, including refusal of early treatment and forced intubation of patients.

According to the referral letters, charges being pursued include:

  • Murder and Involuntary Manslaughter
  • Kidnapping and Human Trafficking (for forced labor under medical duress)
  • Racketeering and Corruption
  • Terrorism defined under state law as actions intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population

This legal offensive comes just months after seventeen Republican attorneys general urged Congress to help investigate Fauci’s pandemic conduct, bypassing Joe Biden’s last-minute federal pardon issued in 2025 to shield his longtime COVID czar from prosecution.

That pardon doesn’t apply to state-level actions—and now, the red-state justice engines are rumbling to life.

Tick-tock, Dr. Fauci. Justice may finally be knocking.
