DHS Purposely HIDING Illegal Immigration Releases into the US

In a shocking revelation that has stirred up a political storm, Former Immigration Judge Andrew Arthur has accused the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of deliberately withholding the number of illegal immigrants released into the United States each month. This explosive claim has sent ripples through the nation, igniting a fierce debate on transparency and accountability in immigration policy.

Arthur, who served as an immigration judge in York, Pennsylvania for eight years, reportedly told Just the News that the DHS is intentionally keeping the data under wraps for political reasons. He argues that the release of these figures would cast a negative light on the Biden administration, which could be detrimental to its public image.

“The only reason why ICE and OFO [Office of Field Operations] would refuse to disclose that information is to hide the fact that it is releasing more than 100,000 aliens per month into the United States and to conceal the effects of those migrant releases on communities across the United States,” Arthur claimed.

According to Arthur, the DHS has demonstrated in previous cases, such as Texas v. Biden, that it can indeed provide statistics on the number of illegal entrants encountered at the southwest border whom DHS releases. However, he alleges that authorities have “refused to do so since those orders were vacated in August 2022.”

The former judge also pointed out the legal impossibility of the CBP Office of Field Operations statistics showing a monthly reading of “0” for those who are released or “alternatively detained.” He explained, “That is a legal and factual impossibility, because those aliens are either released or detained — there is no third option.”

Echoing Arthur’s sentiments, Republican Representative Darrell Issa of California stated, “It’s obvious why the Biden Admin does everything it can to minimize transparency.” The House Judiciary Committee member further asserted that these numbers should be reported to Congress daily.

This controversy marks another chapter in the ongoing narrative surrounding immigration policy in the United States. As the nation grapples with the complexities of managing its borders, transparency and accountability remain paramount. Whether the DHS chooses to heed Arthur’s call and release the numbers, or continues its current course, will undoubtedly have far-reaching implications for the future of immigration policy in America.
