Pam Bondi Opens DOJ Investigation Into Obama Biden Lawfare Network

Attorney General Pam Bondi just dropped a political grenade into Washington, and the reaction from the permanent class has been exactly what you would expect, panic wrapped in legal jargon. Bondi confirmed that the Department of Justice is actively investigating what she described as a decade long pattern of government weaponization and lawfare carried out under the Obama and Biden administrations. Not reviewing. Not studying. Investigating.

In an interview with Just The News, Bondi made it clear this is not a symbolic exercise. She has directed U.S. Attorneys and federal agents to treat the alleged abuses as an ongoing criminal conspiracy. That framing matters. If prosecutors can establish a continuing conspiracy, statutes of limitations become far less helpful shields for anyone who assumed time would protect them.

Bondi did not mince words. She called the alleged misconduct “a ten year stain on the country committed by high ranking officials against the American people.” According to her, evidence already shows that the FBI and DOJ bent over backwards to protect Democrats like Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton while unleashing aggressive and often excessive legal actions against conservatives and President Trump. That imbalance, she said, represents a civil liberties failure on a massive scale.

She also pointed out that resources were poured into political targeting while obvious public safety threats were ignored. Open borders, violent crime, and national security risks took a back seat to ideological enforcement. In some cases, Bondi said, search warrants were served that even DOJ and law enforcement officials privately believed were excessive. That is not overreach by accident, that is intent.

A major portion of the probe is reportedly centered in Florida and tied to the 2022 FBI raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. That episode has long been viewed by Trump supporters as a defining example of federal power run amok. Bondi now suggests it may fit into a much larger pattern.

FBI Director Kash Patel has echoed this approach, comparing the case structure to organized crime investigations where ongoing conspiracies keep legal exposure alive. Even John Solomon, editor in chief of Just The News, noted that this theory could reach all the way back to the origins of the Russia collusion narrative.

Bondi’s closing message was simple and threatening to the right people. No one is above the law, even if they think they are. After years of selective justice, that sentence alone explains why Washington is suddenly very nervous.
