Just when you thought the radical left couldn’t sink any lower in their war on biology, ACLU lawyer Chase Strangio is back at it again—this time with a new Orwellian term aimed at erasing women altogether.
Appearing on Democracy Now!, Strangio, a transgender rights activist and architect of gender ideology, had a meltdown over President Trump’s executive order reinstating biological reality in federal law. Strangio complained that Trump is “targeting trans people by focusing on retrenching this notion of a fixed gender binary at the time of conception.” In other words, acknowledging the scientific fact that men are men and women are women is somehow an attack on transgender individuals.
But Strangio didn’t stop there. In an effort to further obliterate the concept of womanhood, Strangio referred to biological women as “non-transgender women.” That’s right, ladies—you’re now just a modifier to satisfy the left’s ever-expanding gender lexicon.
The ACLU and their allies have long been pushing this gender madness, but now they’re outright attempting to reclassify what it means to be a woman. This isn’t about “inclusion” anymore; it’s about erasure. They’ve rebranded womanhood as something secondary to transgender identities, stripping away the unique struggles and realities that come with being female.
Strangio’s ideological absurdity doesn’t stop at linguistic gymnastics. Back in December, Strangio appeared on CNN with Jake Tapper, making the outrageous claim that even toddlers are capable of deciding their gender identity. “These are young people who may have known since they were two years old exactly who they are,” Strangio argued, pushing the disturbing narrative that preschool-aged children are somehow qualified to make life-altering medical decisions.
“It’s not the kids who are consenting to this treatment, it’s the parents who are consenting,” Strangio explained, as if that makes the argument any less insane. The idea that a two-year-old—who can barely decide between apple juice and orange juice—should be trusted to guide parents on gender identity is nothing short of lunacy.
With Trump back in the White House, policies are being put in place to restore sanity and protect children from radical ideologues like Strangio. Trump’s recent executive order rolls back Biden-era policies that forced institutions to embrace gender ideology, reaffirming that sex is determined at birth and remains unchanged by feelings.
In the end, no matter how much Strangio and the left attempt to twist language and reality, Americans know the truth—there are men, there are women, and no amount of activist rebranding can change that.
