Kamala Harris just had a meltdown, and it wasn’t about inflation or the border crisis. It was about… the ballroom.
During a newly released interview on washed-up liberal Jon Stewart’s podcast, “The Weekly Show with Jon Stewart,” Harris went off the rails after being asked a pretty harmless question about President Trump’s plan to build a new White House ballroom. Stewart brought it up as part of a light-hearted segment, but apparently even the thought of Trump improving the White House triggered a full-on tantrum from Harris.
“Are you f**king kidding me?” Harris snapped. “This guy wants to create a ballroom for his rich friends while completely turning a blind eye to the fact that babies are going to starve when the SNAP benefits end in just hours from now! Come on!”
Nothing says level-headed quite like a profanity-laced meltdown about an event space.
Now, let’s just set the record straight here. First, President Trump is footing the bill for the ballroom himself. Not one penny of taxpayer money is being used. In fact, several private companies, including Amazon and Microsoft, are also chipping in to support the project. The cost is $300 million. The purpose is a long-overdue venue for official White House events, state dinners, and hosting world leaders. The capacity is nearly 1,000 guests.
Trump even joked, “They’ve wanted a ballroom at the White House for more than 150 years, but there’s never been a President that was good at ballrooms.” And let’s be honest, the man isn’t wrong. The White House can host global dignitaries but still doesn’t have a ballroom? It’s about time someone with some actual taste and initiative decided to fix that.
And let’s talk about SNAP benefits for a second. If Harris is so worried about them expiring, maybe she should talk to her own party. Democrats are the ones who chose to shut down the government instead of passing a clean funding bill. Republicans, including President Trump’s team, have said over and over again to reopen the government, fund what’s necessary, and negotiate the rest. But Democrats would rather throw tantrums on podcasts and hold essential services hostage to please their far-left base.
Kamala’s outburst is just another reminder of what happens when emotional instability meets political incompetence. President Trump is focused on rebuilding, literally and figuratively, while Harris is busy screaming about ballrooms. Priorities, people.
