Biden’s Feeble Response to Latest Attacks Puts America at Risk

Ah, Joe Biden. The man who steps onto the world stage with all the grace of a drunken sailor on roller skates. But hey, at least he’s consistent, right? Consistently failing to protect American interests, that is. According to reports from the British maritime authorities, the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist organization has launched yet another attack on a cargo ship near the Arabian Peninsula. This time it’s the Belize-flagged commercial shipping vessel M/V Rubymar.

The vessel was hit by anti-ship ballistic missiles 35 nautical miles south of Al Mukha, Yemen, in the Bab el-Mandeb Strait. The ship’s front and its engine room bore the brunt of the attack, forcing the crew to abandon ship due to the extensive damage.

And it doesn’t stop there. Two more cargo ships, the U.S.-owned M/V Sea Champion and the Denmark-owned M/V Navis Fortuna, were also attacked. What’s more, the Houthis claim they shot down a U.S. MQ-9 Reaper, an unarmed drone used for surveillance and intelligence gathering. Now, I’m no expert on international relations, but that doesn’t sound like good news to me.

So, where’s our fearless leader in all this? Oh, right. Biden has repeatedly refused to use the necessary force to prevent further acts of aggression because he fears confrontation with Iran. It seems our “President” would rather sit back and watch as the world burns than risk ruffling any feathers.

Let’s not forget that his strategy against the Houthis is, by his own admission, not working. The attacks are reportedly being assisted by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, which is providing the Houthis with intelligence and targeting information for their attacks. And what does Biden do? He twiddles his thumbs and hopes for the best.

This isn’t just about a few cargo ships or a downed drone. This is about the future of our country and our place in the world. It’s about standing up to aggressors and protecting American interests. But it seems Biden would rather play nice with terrorists than take a stand.

As we approach the 2024 presidential election, Biden’s inability or unwillingness to protect and deter attacks against U.S. interests is becoming increasingly clear. His disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, his failure to deter Russia from invading Ukraine, and his lackluster response to more than 170 attacks on U.S. forces in the Middle East by Iranian-backed Islamic terrorist groups all paint a picture of a president who is out of his depth.

So, here’s the million-dollar question: can Biden turn things around before it’s too late? Or will we continue to watch as he fumbles his way through international relations like a bull in a china shop?
