Catherine Herridge Reveals Disturbing Findings in New Biden-Harris Administration Exposé

Catherine Herridge has released a shocking report revealing severe allegations against the Biden-Harris administration, specifically targeting Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Internal documents obtained by CBS News highlight that CBP retaliated against whistleblowers who exposed the agency’s failure to enforce the DNA Fingerprint Act of 2005. This critical law mandates the collection of DNA samples from non-U.S. persons detained on immigration charges to enhance public safety and aid in criminal investigations.

The whistleblowers, Mark Jones, Fred Wynn, and Michael Taylor, bring a collective 69 years of law enforcement experience, with top-secret clearances, including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). They allege that CBP’s non-compliance has directly contributed to preventable American deaths. One particularly tragic case involves a 37-year-old Maryland woman named Rachel Morin, who was killed by a suspect whose DNA, if collected during a previous detention, could have potentially prevented the crime.

In an exclusive interview, the whistleblowers detailed how systemic non-compliance has allowed nearly 70% of border encounters since 2010 to bypass the required DNA collections. This oversight means approximately 950,000 violent offenders may have gone unidentified, posing ongoing threats to public safety. Wynn emphasized the gravity of this lapse, stating, “Had the subject had DNA taken the first time they were encountered, there would’ve been an instant possibility that any future criminal activity would’ve been stopped immediately.”

The report also reveals a hostile work environment for those attempting to address these issues. Whistleblowers faced severe retaliation, including demotions, the loss of law enforcement credentials, and hostile work conditions designed to silence them. “The agency’s goal is to bankrupt you, make you quit, die, kill yourselves, or basically preferably all of the above,” the whistleblowers explained. These actions, starting in 2023, have left their careers hanging by a thread.

Since the Biden-Harris administration took office in 2021, over 10 million border encounters have been recorded. Homeland Security data indicates that even if a small percentage of these individuals commit violent acts, the overall impact on crime within the United States is significant. “Given the number, even a very small percentage results in a definite increase in crime within the United States,” Wynn noted.

Ultimately, the whistleblowers hold the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security accountable for the non-compliance, stating that he has been notified of the issues but has acted with impunity. This report by Catherine Herridge paints a disturbing picture of systematic failures and retaliation within CBP, raising serious concerns about public safety and the enforcement of critical legal protocols designed to protect the American public.
