Radical Wisconsin Judge Refuses to Let ICE Do Their Job — Willing to Get Arrested!

It looks like the insanity in Wisconsin’s judicial system has officially reached a new low. Hot on the heels of Judge Hannah Dugan’s arrest for obstructing an ICE operation, we now have Sawyer County Circuit Court Judge Monica Isham proudly declaring that she has “no intention” of allowing illegal aliens to be taken out of her courtroom — even if it means getting arrested herself. Congratulations, Judge Isham, you’re officially more interested in protecting criminals than upholding the rule of law.

In an email obtained by Wisconsin Right Now, Isham went full activist, claiming she won’t let ICE agents do their job because she’s worried illegal aliens might be sent to a “concentration camp.” Nothing like cheapening the horrors of history to score woke points. She also whined that if she doesn’t get “guidance” from her superiors by May 9, she’ll simply refuse to hold court. Great — a taxpayer-funded judge threatening to go on strike unless she gets permission to ignore federal law.

And let’s not forget, Isham proudly signs off saying that if defying immigration enforcement costs her the job she was barely elected to or even lands her in jail, “at least I know I did the right thing.” No, Judge Isham — the “right thing” is following the law and protecting American citizens, not coddling people who broke into this country and, in many cases, committed even more crimes once they got here.

This latest tantrum comes after Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI last week for obstructing an ICE arrest. Dugan went out of her way to help a domestic abuser — an illegal alien named Eduardo Flores-Ruiz — escape arrest by literally ushering him out a private jury door. According to the FBI, she misdirected federal agents, expedited his court hearing, and facilitated his escape. She’s now facing multiple federal charges and is looking at serious prison time.

Instead of learning from Dugan’s disastrous example, Isham seems hell-bent on doubling down. This isn’t judicial independence; it’s judicial lawlessness. These judges aren’t heroes — they’re rogue actors who think their personal politics matter more than public safety, national sovereignty, or the Constitution they swore to uphold.

Wisconsin’s judiciary needs a serious house-cleaning. Judges who would rather play resistance activist than enforce the law have no business wearing a robe — or sitting on a bench funded by hardworking American taxpayers. Enough is enough.
