Biden Admin Officially Under Investigation as Scandal Continues to Grow

Well, well, well. It looks like the Biden autopen scandal just kicked into high gear. According to a new DOJ investigation, we might soon get answers on whether Joe Biden was actually making key decisions in his final days—or if someone else was running the show while he wandered the halls in a cognitive fog. The central issue? Whether Biden even knew what he was signing, or more accurately, not signing, thanks to that handy little device called an autopen.

Yes, the autopen—a glorified robot hand used to stamp signatures onto official documents. It’s been used in government before, but never under circumstances quite like this. Critics, including many within President Trump’s circles, argue that Biden’s use of the autopen wasn’t about efficiency—it was about covering up his declining mental state. And now the DOJ’s own pardon attorney, Ed Martin, has confirmed in an internal email that there’s a probe underway into whether Biden was competent to issue those pardons or if someone else acted in his name.

Let’s be clear: this is not some tinfoil-hat theory. This is a formal federal investigation.

And what’s even more disturbing? Biden didn’t just sign off on a few forgettable commutations. We’re talking about preemptive pardons for five members of his own family, including his ethically-challenged son Hunter, three siblings—James, Frank, and Valerie—and their spouses. Oh, and he also spared the lives of 37 death row inmates by commuting their sentences. Not exactly small potatoes.

Let’s not forget, Biden promised the American people he wouldn’t pardon Hunter. Promised. Straight to our faces. But as usual, those promises vanished faster than his mental clarity on a stage without note cards. And now, we’re supposed to believe he suddenly had a change of heart on the way out the door? Or, more likely, someone else made that decision for him and used a machine to slap his name on it.

The investigation is digging into whether Biden was actually aware of these pardons, or if shadowy figures within his administration—people unelected and unaccountable—used his name like a rubber stamp to protect political allies and family. If that’s true, then the entire idea of consent of the governed is on life support.

Bottom line: if Biden wasn’t mentally fit to issue these pardons, they might not be valid. And if someone else used his name without proper authority, we’re staring down a constitutional crisis. Stay tuned—this one’s going to get ugly.
